Things I eventually want to do:
1 - Lose 15 kgs
2 - Change my wardrobe
3 - Eventually being able to jog for 30 minutes nonstop everyday
4 - Learn to meditate
5 - Go to the gym thrice a week
6 - Have 5 meals a day and 3 liters of water
7 - Stop procrastinating
8 - Try get 8 hours of sleep everyday
9 - Finish assigned work two days in advance
10 - Reading more novels
11 - Planning my days out
12 - Learning the violin
13 - Learning to sing
14 - Learn another language
15 - Be a flexible wall climber again
16 - Eventually being able to run a marathon
17 - Updating website creation softwares
GOAL : Becoming a person who feels fulfilment out of life and what it has to offer.
OBSTACLES:
Apart from the procrastination, realizing there is no tomorrow and there is no one else or other method... it's you and NOW!
One step at a time, but the long term fruit is going to be pleasing.
What you do to you, will only affect you, and what others do in their life will only affect them. No one can fix life for you or tell you how to live it. Do it yourself. When an acquaintance eats, it's them who'll be stuffed, not you.

It seems like a long list for now, and I'm sure with time it'll grow, as I start enjoying all that life has to offer. Trying not to do all of it at once, it will outweigh your 'will'. Achieve little by little, before you add more on.
